Parachuting is, as they say, not for the faint-hearted. It is regarded as extreme sports. It can be exasperating to know that virtually all vital information about your surfing activity can be obtained easily, such as your country of origin, your browse types, browse history and other vital information that most of us would rather keep personal. But exactly what does parachuting and skydiving entail; where did it originate and why is it popular even up to this day?

The sport may seem dangerous, but surprisingly, there are lesser fatalities now. There is a huge drop in the number of deaths from this activity and safety measures are getting better every day. Today, all divers must be equipped with a reserve parachute and those must be inspected by a certified parachute rigger.
If a diver fails to activate the emergency parachute, an automatic device will in turn activate it on behalf after reaching certain altitude. The use of altimeters will enable divers to know which altitude they are at all times.
